Apply by Oct. 31; get money for your future

High school seniors: No matter what you want to do after you graduate, you should apply for financial aid in October 2018 to get money for a job training program, trade school or college.

The FAFSA—Free Application for Federal Student Aid—and WASFA—Washington Application for Student Financial Aid—help you access federal, state and school-specific grants, scholarships and loans for education after high school. Nearly everyone qualifies for some financial aid! Complete your application by Oct. 31 to get access to the most amount of money.

How it works: FAFSA

  • Go to www.fafsa.gov or download the myStudentAid app from the Apple App Store or Google Play.
